Профессиональная и исследовательская организация, объединяющая судей, адвокатов, ученых-правоведов, преподавателей права. Выступает за независимость суда, совершенствование организации правосудия, административного управления судами, повышение эффективности судебной власти. Основана в 1913. Около 11 тыс. членов (2004). Штаб-квартира в г. Де-Мойн, шт. Айова.
